This document outlines the shipping and return policies for purchases made on wd04.watchhousesale.com. All transactions are processed by Nga Man Limited. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times vary based on the destination address. Nga Man Limited uses major carriers to deliver products. A tracking number is provided via email once the order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Nga Man Limited does not collect these charges and cannot predict their amount. Delivery to remote areas may require additional transit days.
Return Policy
Nga Man Limited offers a 14-day return policy for most products. This period begins on the date the customer receives the shipment. After 14 calendar days, no returns are accepted.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all the following conditions:

Return Process

Pack the product securely in the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box. Include the return authorization number and a copy of the packing slip.

Purchase shipping insurance and retain the tracking number. Nga Man Limited is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Return Shipping Cost
The customer bears all shipping costs for returning a product. No prepaid shipping labels are provided by Nga Man Limited. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are not refundable.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product arrives at Nga Man Limited, inspection is completed within 5 business days. If the product meets all eligibility conditions, a refund is initiated.
The refund is credited back to the original payment method. The minimum time to receive the refund is 14 business days from the date the return is approved. Bank processing times may extend this period. Nga Man Limited does not control delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.
PayPal Refund Policy
For refunds made via PayPal, the minimum processing time is 14 business days. However, certain jurisdictions have local laws that require a refund to be completed within 30 calendar days for PayPal transactions. In these jurisdictions, Nga Man Limited complies with the 30-day requirement. Customers are advised to check local laws regarding PayPal refund timelines. The refund appears in the PayPal account after Nga Man Limited releases the funds.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are denied in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Products

Nga Man Limited replaces the product at no cost. Return shipping fees for defective items are covered by Nga Man Limited. A prepaid shipping label is provided. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. Send a cancellation request to [email protected] with the order number. After 6 hours, the order may have entered processing and cannot be canceled. In that case, the customer must follow the return process.
