The refund processing and crediting to your customer account requires at least 14 days from the date of refund initiation. This 14-day period begins after Nga Man Limited confirms the product meets return conditions. The refund amount equals the full purchase price paid for the product excluding original delivery charges. No restocking fee applies.
6. PayPal Refund Terms
If you paid using PayPal, the refund process requires at least 14 days. The 14 days start from the date Nga Man Limited issues the refund instruction to PayPal. Due to local legal requirements, PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days in certain regions. These regions include jurisdictions where local banking or payment processing laws impose longer settlement periods. Nga Man Limited has no control over PayPal processing times beyond issuing the refund instruction. You agree that Nga Man Limited is not liable for delays caused by PayPal or any financial institution.
7. Return Shipping and Damaged Products
